If you are new to Magnesium Oil Spray, start by applying 3-4 sprays to your feet for a couple weeks before bed. After this introductory period, try spraying on different parts of your body or anywhere you feel tight or sore (avoid eyes and sensitive areas). If you continue to feel itchy or tingling, which can be a sign of deficiency, go back to spraying on your feet.

For sensitive skin, spray onto your skin and cover with a moisturiser or your favourite oil eg. Almond, coconut or we enjoy the deeply nourishing castor oil.

Production is 100% chemical free, we do not test on animals and it is non-toxic. Fast absorbing and non-sticky.
